What kind of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, Paypal or bank transfers can be used. If this isn’t something that you’re ok with, just drop us a line and our customer support team will try to adequate your needs with our systems.
Why was my account suspended?
If it isn’t a system failure, it may be originated in some SPAM complaint or a breach of contract with our services. We take very zealously the best practices in Email and Mobile Marketing, so if for some reason we register a high volume of complaints or data that indicate your malpractice, the account will be suspended without further notice to prevent other clients to be harm by your actions.
Do you provide training courses and workshops?
Yes we do. There are several ways to acquire information from our expert team. One of the most obvious but sometimes neglected by visitors is the newsletter. We work very hard on our newsletters and try to insert as many tips and tricks that we can on a single email. Other than that, special dedicated courses, video tutorials, and special workshops are created periodically to improve your knowledge of the different media best practices. What’s the right procedure to start creating my database?
It’s quite simple. Ask their permission first. Unequivocally, straightforward and simple: Make sure your subscribers know that they’re subscribing to your newsletter to receive emails of a specific topic or agenda. After informing and giving them an invite for it, confirm that option by implementing a double opt-in subscribing procedure. This way, besides really making sure that these people are interested in your message, you confirm their email addresses and prevent errors and other mistakes.
What’s the right time period to send my emails?
There’s no right answer. It depends on your target, your audience, and your products/services. The only way to do that is by asking people at first glance what’s the desired agenda for each newsletter (daily, day-in/day-out, weekly, monthly…) or by testing. Send in different time periods and check your results. Your objective is also important. If your service requires a daily send out (for instance, if you are a daily deal site) you must express that from day one to whoever subscribe. This way, they know what they’re subscribing at.
